Exercise Physiologist/Fitness Coordinator, PRO Health Fitness and Rehabilitation Center. Mobile Infirmary Medical Center, Mobile, Alabama. Serve as an exercise physiologist and fitness coordinator of a 47,000 square foot multi-faceted, medically oriented fitness and rehabilitation center which includes physical, occupational, and speech therapy, pediatric, cardiac, and pulmonary rehab clinics. Physiologist responsibilities include assessment of new members and proper prescription and implementation of an exercise routine. Also provide follow-up and reevaluations for members. Fitness coordinator duties include development and implementation of new programs scheduling all support staff in the fitness department, developing and scheduling a monthly aerobics and Spinning schedule. Responsible for the recruitment, training, evaluation of all instructors and support staff. Works directly with the director of PRO Health to insure the implementation of all Mobile Infirmary policies and procedures.
