From the moment you enter Life Plus Personal Fitness Training Center, you will receive the attention of a credentialed and experienced trainer who will plan an appropriate workout program geared to your individual needs and goals. Your first visit begins with a complete assessment of your current fitness status which includes a health risk evaluation. You and your trainer will then review the results to establish appropriate short and long range objectives. These will be translated into an individualized fitness program to take you step-by-step from where you are now to where you want to be. (You'll progress at your own pace.)

Life Plus personal training programs are ideal for working men and women, mothers (expecting mothers), retirees, children, and anyone who prefers a serious, uninterrupted workout. Life Plus can help you achieve the personal fitness you desire. And, we all know, personal fitness means better health and a sense of well-being through stress reduction and improved appearance.

At Life Plus we recognize the importance of cardiovascular exercise for a strong heart and burning excess fat. Part of your training is conducted in our well equipped cardiovascular area where you can watch your favorite TV channel or read a magazine while you walk, ride, or climb your way to better health on equipment by Stairmaster and Life Fitness. Throughout all training sessions, your trainer is always available to coach you, monitor your progress and your cardiovascular status.

Following your workout, which generally lasts 45 minutes to one hour, you have the option of cooling down in our flexibility area and/or showering in our fully equipped shower facility. No need to pack toiletries as everything will be provided to you.

When ncessary Life Plus will work closely with your health care therepists, to provide a safe, effective program suited to any special needs.
